The outcomes focus on import and export processes linked to the costing of each step and the role players involved. Calculating the different charges related to road, rail, air, and sea freight and according to the Incoterm ® 2020 chosen for the shipment.

Operational line managers, sales executives, traders, estimators or anyone dealing with day-to-day financial aspects within the freight forwarding environment.

- Conducting import and export shipment activities.
- Understanding payment terms and methods.
- Processing international trade documentation and costings.
- Explaining and converting foreign currencies as part of landed and export costing calculations.
- Calculating interest on amounts owing and owed to the business for the purposes of cash flow management.
- Explaining and calculating landed and export costing given variables.
- Performing cash flow analysis as part of international project management.
- Usage of correct Incoterm for the relevant transaction.
- Visual simulation of each Incoterm and the different trade transactions.
- Visual simulation of decisions made as a buyer, seller, or freight forwarder in different scenarios.
