Coaching & Mentoring (CM)
This course is designed to assist persons in management or leadership positions to better understand themselves and their employees by applying appropriate leadership techniques as well as using emotional intelligence as a method of empowerment to themselves and staff alike. They will learn the essence of coaching and mentoring their staff to create a more receptive, productive employee as well as being able to provide specific career planning for each of their staff members.
Design and Develop Learning Programs (DDP)
This course is designed for persons who develop learning programs to meet defined learning needs according to a given design specification. It is for people who aim to produce standards for use within outcomes- based education and training system.
Facilitation of Learning Programs / Train The Trainer (FAC)
Most people find it difficult to stand in front of people to conduct presentations. Attend this course and be more professional and confident in making the unexpected happen! Don't make a speech - put on a show! This course is designed to enable persons to present and participate effectively in oral communication in various contexts.
Moderator (MOD)
This program focuses on professionalism in a client-facing role and interacting with visitors, clients, and general staff in the reception area.
Team and Skills Development (TSD)
This course is designed for a range of people, including managers, supervisors, mentors, who are required to help people who have been on training to move from a generic skill to a particular application within the workplace. It will be useful to people who oversee or manage education, training, and skills development within organisations according to agreed development plans. This course is especially useful to skills development facilitators, training managers, and human resource development practitioners.
The role of the Skills Development Facilitator (SDF)
This course is designed to assist persons in education, training, and development. It will be useful for training coordinators, trainers, facilitators, or anyone responsible for identifying skills gaps and developing target audience profiles to inform learning interventions and/or learning design. It will also be useful for those who provide guidance and advice to learners about their learning, assessment, and recognition opportunities. It is intended for people who recruit and select people for defined positions within an organisation or the personnel recruitment industry.
