Coaching of Learners in the learning environment and workplace (CW)

This course is designed for a range of people, including managers, supervisors, mentors, who are required to help people who have been on training to move from a generic skill to a particular application within the workplace. It will be useful to people who oversee or manage education, training, and skills development within organisations according to agreed development plans. This course is especially useful to skills development facilitators, training managers, and human resource development practitioners.
