Kickstart (KS)

Work Readiness

Overview

The Kickstart Program is aimed at cultivating entrepreneurs and creating career possibilities. During the Enterprise Development Project, the delegates are exposed to the development of self, life, and business development. The program focuses on vital tools and important bricks to build a future and become a supplier and enterprise of value.

The project consists of a three-step process. The Kick-Off starts with a focus on the intricacies of life, emotional intelligence, behaviour, and personalities and understanding how to get the best out of yourself and in turn, from others around you. The Kickstarter will be assigned to a mentor who will guide them through their Kickstart Program.

The second phase, the Journey, goes into the deeper side of business and the connectedness of all functions to create a successful and a sustainable business.

The last phase is the Leap where ideas and identity of the business comes to life. Each Kickstart project is completed with a Showcase Evening whereby business leaders are invited to get to know about the product or service provided by the new Kickstarter
